Sometimes one brain and two hands are just not enough.

How often have you needed a little bit of expert advice?   Or help with facilitating a training event...or someone to develop a new course?

How often have you wished that you had an experienced coach close at hand to help you support a colleague?  Or someone that could help a new team hit the ground running?  Or someone with experience in the design of effective course materials?

How often has the process of procuring consultancy support frustrated your efforts?

Well, I think I have a solution.

On average, I have between 50 and 70 days each year that are not booked by clients. That's a fair chunk of time that could be spend training others, developing materials, coaching or providing consultancy support. My problem is that it takes a truly disporportionate amount of time and energy chasing, researching and writing tenders, in order to fill even a percentage of that time.

Earlier this Spring, one of my clients asked me if I could offer them a few days over the year, to be used as and when they needed (in this case) a leadership coach.  We drew up a contract, agreed a daily rate, and sorted the first couple of dates.  They still have 4 days left to use as they need over the next 12 months.  No mess...no fuss.

They have started to call it 'Timsharing'.

So I am making the same offer to other clients.

5 days of my time over a 12 month period for £3,000 or 12 days for £6,500

(plus travelling expenses)

That's it!  As long as you are happy to be a bit flexible with the dates I am happy to offer a reduced daily rate (because I don't have to invest time and energy marketing).  Simple.

Now all you have to do is think what we can do together*.
