'You can't hide a piece of broccoli in a glass of milk...'

Or how about,  'The early bird gets the worm...but the second mouse gets the cheese'?

Management writers (along with management 'gurus' and speakers) have a reputation for making the trivial seem important.  And for making common sense impenetrably difficult to understand or apply.  Well, these two quotes should leave you in no doubt that I favour the deeply moving and the profound.  To paraphrase Margaret Mead, 'Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed after dinner speakers can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has'

Speakers come in all shapes and sizes, and so do I.   I even have my own pointer.  My talks are always prepared using fresh, local ideas...and are never recycled.

Recent gigs include: 'Engage the brain...Engage the person'; 'The Joy of Sceptics'; 'Generating innovation in a matrix'; 'Contageous commitment' and 'Using all three of our brains'.

A recent audience member referred to '...pills of concreteness and wisdom".  I am humbled.

Sometimes your events need a boost...a shot in the arm...a slap around the face.  Sometimes you simply have 45 minutes to fill after a long and bloating lunch.  Well, give me a call.  +44 (0)7932 733903
